The British Museum is selling NFTs!!! The museum has once again partnered with the LaCollection platform founded by Jean-Sébastien Beaucamps, and will offer British romantic painter, William Turner’s paintings as NFTs of different rarity.
Masterpieces such as A Storm (Shipwreck) (circa 1822-1823), The Colosseum, Rome (circa 1820) and Lucerne by Moonlight (1843) are featured in the NFT sale. This comes after the museum successfully sold 200 NFT works by Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai.
